Private AI assistants that know your business.
A private AI assistant is an AI tool set up around your own documents, procedures and data, so it can answer your team's questions and draft routine work like quotes, emails and reports. Kaffee Werks builds them with clear limits on what they can see and do, and with a person reviewing anything that goes out the door.
Your know-how, available to the whole team.
A lot of what makes a business run lives in a few people's heads and a folder of documents nobody can find. New hires ask the same questions, and senior people spend their day answering them.
A private assistant gives everyone a fast way to find the answer and a head start on routine writing. It's set up so it only uses information you've approved, and it runs where your data is allowed to live.

FAQ
Common questions.
Is my data used to train public AI models?
Not with the setups we build. We use business API terms that exclude training on your data, or models that run entirely on your own hardware.
Can the assistant make mistakes?
Yes, which is why answers cite their sources and customer-facing work is reviewed by a person. We design around that from the start.
Do we need our own server?
No. Cloud setups work well for most businesses. Self-hosting is an option when your data needs to stay on-site.
